Basis of evangelism

Evangelism is one of the primary focuses of Campus for Christ. This page will provide you with resources that explain the Theology Behind the Four Spiritual Laws, and what Campus for Christ believes about Evangelism.

Intentional friendship

Intentional Friendship involves building a relationship with an individual with the purpose of sharing the Gospel with them. This page will help you understand more on what that means, as well as provide you with resources on Relating to the World and making friends with International Students who can then bring the message of salvation back to their home country.

Random evangelism

Random Evangelism is a subset of Personal Evangelism where a Christian seeks to present the Gospel to someone that they do not have a previous relationship with. Often this is going up to a student on campus and asking if they would be interested in talking about spiritual things. This page will provide you with resources on How to do Random Evangelism, and some tips on approaching people.

Transitioning into the gospel

When in a Spiritual Conversation, it is important to transition the conversation, at some point, into a presentation of the Gospel. This page will guide you in some natural ways to transition into the Gospel, including the use of your personal testimony.

Presenting the gospel

After transitioning into the topic of the Gospel, it is important to ensure that you are expressing the basic, most important truths in the Bible. This page will provide you with resources on how to use the Four Spiritual Laws in guiding the conversation, as well as some tips on when to use the booklet, and when to back off.

Apologetics

There are common issues that will come up when talking to people about God. Some are based on current events (such as the release of The Davinci Code or current issues involving the church) whereas other are age-old questions (such as questioning the existence of God or the historicity of the Bible). This page will provide you with resources on a variety of topics you may encounter.

Tools

There are a number of different tools that can be helpful when having a spiritual conversation with someone. This page will provide you with resources relating to: The Four Spiritual Laws, articles and websites on Evangelism, and well as Surveys that can be used in assessing an individual's spiritual interest.
